Anna Belanger, 96, of Mountain View Drive, Milan, NH passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at St. Vincent de Paul Nursing Home where she had resided recently for rehabilitation. Prior to that, She had resided with granddaughter Susan Villeneuve and husband Roger.

Anna (Poirier) Belanger was born in Berlin on December 10, 1915 to Jacques and Yvonne (Bernier) Poirier.

Anna was a member of St Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Over the years she had been employed at Ware Knitters, and Granite State Rubber Company. Prior to her retirement in 1988 she and Leo owned and operated Leo and Anna’s Restaurant, Cabins and Campground. Anna had lived in Old Orchard Beach and enjoyed traveling to Florida, Hawaii, Canada and Foxwoods Casino.

She is predeceased by her parents, her first husband Arthur Ferron, her second husband Leo Belanger on March 30, 2007, her sons Arthur Ferron Jr, Lucien Ferron, her daughter Lucienne Legendre, grandsons Billy Beaudry and Gary Ferron, a granddaughter Linda Allen, great grandsons Tommy Boutin and Cyrus Ferron; brothers Wilfred Perry, Ernest Perry, Aurel Perry, & Leo Perry; and a sister Theresa Gerard.

She is survived by two daughters Therese Beaudry of Berlin and Lucille Boutin and her husband Louis of West Milan, NH she also leaves three brothers, George Poirier of Bridgeport, CT, Robert Poirier and Lawrence Perry and a sister Jeannette King all of Berlin as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm Monday, July 30, 2012 at St Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish in Berlin. Burial will be at St. Kieran Cemetery in Berlin, NH at a later date .

Calling hours will be held from 2:00-5:00pm Sunday, July 29 at Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street, Berlin, NH.
